Holiday Training

There’s one thing a family holiday is good for and that’s disrupting the training!!

Don’t get me wrong, I had a great time away but I came back feeling awful having only managed a couple of short distance runs whilst eating more than I normally would have.

No swimming (without children) and no cycling – hardly the best way to prepare for a race that is only a week away!

Still, nice to get away and relax for a bit. 🙂

I didn’t have my GPS working for the first run but did for the second and will put a graphic on here displaying HR etc as well as the route I took. As I mentioned before, both runs were short so at least I did run the risk of burning myself out or anything!
